How to Know If It’s Time to Talk to Someone

Still not sure if therapy is right for you? Here are a few signs it might be time:

  • You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck

  • You’re going through a life transition (job change, breakup, loss)

  • You’re struggling with sleep, energy, or motivation

  • You want healthier relationships or boundaries

  • You just want a safe space to talk and reflect

You don’t have to check every box on this list. Even one is a good reason to explore therapy.

It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you’re human—and ready to take care of your mental health.
